Our staff have many years experience in varied fields such as Emergency Service rescue teams, commercial inshore diving, rope access, specialist search and confined space entry.

Our Marine Services manager, Richard Pett, started his working life at the age of 16 years in the leisure industry, gaining qualifications with ISRM in pool plant operation. From his time working  within the leisure industry, Richard has been able to gain extensive experience in chemical treatments and the range of damage that can occur through misuse.

In 1996 Richard became member of his local Emergency Service team and whilst serving his community gained qualifications in Specialist Search and Recovery, Rope Access, HSE Diving, Confined Space Entry, First Aid, Oxygen Administration, Risk Assessment, IPAF Powered Access, RYA Powerboat & RYA Powerboat Rescue.

Richard has extensive experience in Marine activities including being  an authorised HSE Diving Contractor and HSE Diving Supervisor.
